When the S’s came up to TN/NC for their annual ski trip, we went over to visit them!
These are my ridiculously poofy snow pants that I had to borrow from Jessie’s grandma. Jeans do not do well in 2-3 feet of snow. Yes, that’s how much there was.
And I know you can’t see them very well. I made sure of that.
My Dad and The Boys went skiing and snowboarding with Mr. S and Ethan, but Jessie and I went ice skating! Here’s some videos of our attempts.
We had the whole rink to ourselves! They played 80's music the whole time.
Jessie tried to teach me how to do back crossovers, something I’ve always wanted to do!
After ice skating, we went exploring.
The snow pants, as depoofified as I could make them.
That’s right. Depoofified. Use that word today.
Jessie said hello to the tree.
And I threw a snowball at her head.
Isn't she purty! Jessie turned my coat purple.
It really was a lovely stream.
We came across a place where no one had been, and there was like 3 feet of snow there!
Jessie thought it would be a good idea for me to faceplant in it.
But I did it anyway.
Jessie says I look like a Who.
I made her do it too :).
(Aw gee, now I'm rhyming!)
I'm such a good explorer.
My camera fell out of my pocket while we were taking this. I didn’t know. I noticed later, and we found it buried in snow!
That's what I get for hugging trees.
There were crazy huge rocks.
That’s one thing that always takes me by surprise here in TN. There’s rocks everywhere!
I have no idear what I was doing. I don’t think I was posing.
Jessie fell in a hole on our way back. It took her a while to get up.
What a fun day!

HI, I'm Punkster, and just came across your blog. I have been reading it and think it's really cool! It makes me laugh. I, too, love Hawk Nelson and Family Force 5. If it's okay, I like reading your blog!

Hi! I'm glad you like it :). I checked out your profile and I see we have a lot in common! Nice to "meet" you. ;)
This looks like SO MUCH FUN!
You should make an album of all your cute pictures. :)
P.S. I wanted to be an ice skater once; I even took lessons for a while :)
