We're Here

Well, we made it to Indiana. It was very nice having to drive only 9 hours instead of 20! My cousins Luke and Ashley are over right now, and The Boys, my dad, and my grandpa are at the Notre Dame game. =] Hope everyone is doing well!

A Halloween Poem

Dear Halloween,

On your night, many years,

I would go with my peers,

And ding dong the doors left and right.

We'd dress up as ghosts,

Princesses most,

And stay up all through the night.

All of that candy
came in quite handy,
not to us, but to our mother.

And he won't admit it,
But I saw him do it,
they appeal also to my father.

No longer do I
ring the doorbells that nigh,
I am finished. I am done.

But every so often,
I think of the time when,
Of candy, I didn't have none.

And there ya go. I was just in it for the candy. =D
