Tonight the whole family (including Hobbes) went on a walk. Sometimes it's just peace and quiet of simple things like that that help me realize how lucky I am to be in my two wonderful families: the L family, and God's family.
It also helps me realize how strange our dog is.

Life's simple pleasures . . . I think God created them specifically for our pleasure, but we have to STOP and RECOGNIZE them in order to see them.

Hobbes just has a strange personality. He will intently sniff somewhere just to drop a few drops of pee on it. Or he will sneeze randomly.
